75 yrs + Health Check

Does a senior you love need a health check?

Maybe you're living on your own and are in need of some help.This health assessment is designed to help people aged 75 years and older. A trained Wishing Well staff member visits your home.  The first part of the assessment involves simple examinations like blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, and height. These and other simple tests help identify potential health issues before they develop into something serious. Plus, the assessment also checks if handrails or other forms of assistance are needed in the home. The second part of the assessment is conducted by your doctor at a Wishing Well Clinic. He or she finalises the health check and completes any forms to request government funded home assistance.
