Dealing with aggressive behaviour diverts our attention from providing quality care to those in need. Therefore, it is imperative that all interactions are conducted with courtesy and understanding.
While we acknowledge that illness may affect behaviour, any form of aggression will not be tolerated. Individuals displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises and may be advised to seek care elsewhere. In severe cases, involving the refusal to depart, the police may be contacted. We reserve the right to refuse treatment and take further action against those who jeopardise the safety of our staff and patients.
